Job Summary:
The Cloud Sales Engineer plays a vital role in driving the sales of cloud computing solutions and services to clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential cloud computing opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of client needs, business requirements, and technical environments to design cloud solutions that align with client goals.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during pre-sales engagements, presentations, and demonstrations.
4. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure accurate understanding and representation of cloud computing offerings.
5. Develop and deliver persuasive technical proposals, solutions, and recommendations to clients that showcase the value and benefits of cloud computing.
6. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the unique features and capabilities of the cloud solutions.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver accurate and comprehensive sales quotations, cost estimates, and statements of work.
8. Participate in contract negotiations, addressing technical aspects and ensuring alignment with client requirements and cloud computing best practices.
9. Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing technical inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Cloud Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical sales role.
3. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and platforms.
4. Proficient knowledge of cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
5. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and translate them into cloud computing solutions.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client challenges effectively.
